All appointments are conducted securely through telemedicine. Medical care is available to patients physically located in Washington State at the time of their appointment. If you are outside Washington, please begin with a complimentary discovery call to discuss available options.

A complimentary 20-minute discovery call allows us to briefly discuss your goals, answer general questions, and determine whether my services are a good fit. It is not a medical appointment and does not include diagnosis or treatment.

Your initial 60-minute appointment includes a detailed review of your symptoms, health history, medications, nutrition, lifestyle, and previous testing. We will identify priorities and create a personalized plan for next steps.

I accept Premera, LifeWise, Regence, First Choice, and Kaiser PPO insurance plans. Coverage for naturopathic care varies, so please confirm your benefits before booking. If your insurance does not cover your appointments, cash-pay rates are available.

Yes. When appropriate, I can order conventional bloodwork and specialty testing based on your history, symptoms, and clinical needs. Testing is selected thoughtfully rather than ordered routinely.
